Right before Christmas, I had the incredible opportunity to travel to Fiji with my family. My husband and daughter are scuba divers and wanted to dive off the coast to see one of the last remaining reefs. And I wanted to experience green, sustainable living from another part of the world. We stayed at the phenomenal Kokomo Private Islands, and I just cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience from top to bottom.
