Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Take one second and think about the amount of waste you create in your kitchen … It’s a lot right?? Well, today I’m going to show you how to put your waste to good use. Also, broccoli stalks become delicious “broodles,” broccoli noodles, especially because most of the nutrition is found in the stalks! You can take eggshells and turn them into calcium for soil or to deter snails and slugs from eating your plants.

Here’s the recipe for the Vegan Meringues (made from Garbanzo Bean Brine)!
