DIY Anti-Bacterial Hand Spray
Print Friendly, PDF & Email

Regular hand sanitizers contain tolulene, which is horrible for your health and the environment. This is why I like to make my own containing potent antibacterial essential oils! You’re going to love this DIY Anti-Bacterial Hand Spray.  This is great for kids when all those germs are floating around at school. I always take a bottle with me whenever I am traveling, and I never get sick.

  • 2 ounce sprayer bottle (preferably opaque). I found mine at Mountain Rose Herbs.
  • 1/4 cup distilled water
  • 1 tbsp of either rubbing alcohol (drug store) or Vodka!
  • 1tbsp aloe vera gel
  • 1tsp vitamin E oil
  • 15 drops of cinnamon leaf essential oil
  • 15 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
  • 15 drops tea tree essential oil

  1. Mix ingredients in a glass jug, and using a funnel, pour into your bottle.
  2. Shake well before use, and when not traveling, store in the fridge.
