Blueberry Acai Smoothie

I’ll take blueberries and Acai any day of the week. Since Acai doesn’t have much flavor, the sweet blueberries even it all out. Just think of all those Vitamins and antioxidants that are going straight into where they’re wanted, needed and loved! This is my afternoon treat.

Sophie’s Blend Blueberry and Acai Smoothie:

  • 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
  • 1 pack of Sambazon frozen Acai or Sambazon Acai powder
  • 8- ounces of homemade almond milk
  • 1 tsp probiotic powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1 cup crushed ice
