I am constantly plagued by stress and anxiety, so working on these five poses with Christine is a LIFESAVER. Christine starts with a moodra and breathing exercise for anxiety that taps into the sciatic nerve (so this is also great if you have sciatica). Then we move onto a basic salutation into a tree pose. Christine also talks about the calming effects of setting your gaze and enjoying mountain pose. This whole practice is perfect for someone on the go, or an at-home practice!
