If you’ve been working out like a crazy person, you might have some pretty sore muscles. Don’t despair! With my warming scrub, you can generate some healing heat under a hot shower, while deeply exfoliating your skin. The Epsom Salt contains Magnesium, which will help your muscles to release before you turn in for the night.

Sore Muscle Warming Scrub

*If you have chapped, cracked or sensitive skin, I recommend leaving out the cayenne,

Pour salts into a 4 ounce jar. Mix in the remaining ingredients.

To use: Scoop out about 1 tbsp of scrub into the palm of your hand. Massage into sore muscles under a hot shower.
