So, we talked about feeding your microbome and the many benefits of pro-biotics in past weeks, but I got a lot of questions about how to integrate “biotic” ingredients into existing diets. This Peach Biotic Smoothie is a great way – The flavor is BEYOND fantastic, and all of these ingredients were hand selected to feed your microbiome.
Side note: If you have leftover smoothie, this blend makes a great popsicle.
- 1 c. fresh or frozen peaches (cubed)
- 1 c. strawberries
- 6 oz coconut water
- 2 oz kombucha
- 1 packet of Inner-Eco Young Green Coconut
- Add all ingredients to your blender, and blend until smooth.
- Optional, add crushed ice for additional hydration
