I’m going to be candid – this isn’t the most delicious natural flu prevention tonic on the planet, but boy or boy does it work. If you think you are coming down with any kind of cold/flu – I recommend dosing yourself with this remedy three times per day for 3-4 days.

  1. Whisk the whole lot up in a cup and down it in ONE!

*Be sure that you are getting pure essential oil. I get mine from Mountain Rose Herbs.

Caution: Do not ingest essential oils if you are pregnant. Do not administer to a child under 12 years of age. Always check with your doctor first if you have any health issues, or if you are taking any meds.
