I perked up big time this morning when my husband showed me The Beyoncé Vegan Challenge For The Planet on his phone. I usually hate the the click bait articles that he shouts out. But I gotta admit that I might not have heard about The Beyoncé vegan challenge for the planet, had he not alerted me. Yep – I do live under a rock (according to my up-to-the-minute husband!).
But seriously, The Beyonce Vegan Challenge For the Planet is awesome. You probably know by now that I have been fully plant-based for 6 years. I have never felt better. I’ve been able to maintain my ideal weight. I have more energy than my twenty year-old self. My IBS and dodgy skin cleared up. And that’s just the beginning.
But aside from all those personal benefits of jumping on board with the Beyoncé plant-based challenge, the more important gain is that in ditching meat, you are totally taking care of Mother Earth. Now, I’m not saying this is a drum-beat-y global warming way. It’s actually the truth. According the Environment Working Group, If everyone in the U.S. ate no meat or cheese just one day a week, it would be like not driving 91 billion miles – or taking 7.6 million cars off the road. Yes, if you stop consuming red meat, it’s way more a powerful an action than taking your car off the road.
This is why The Beyoncé Vegan Challenge For The Planet is so awesome. Beyoncé and JAY-Z have teamed up with The Greenprint Project to spread the message. Here’s what to do: Go along to The Greenprint Project and enter the sweepstakes.
The second thing you need to do (and yes, I’m TOTALLY cashing in on this trend), is to sign-up for my 31-Day Plant-Powered Challenge, which begins March 1st. And the reason why you’ll find this so helpful, is because I literally hand hold you every step of the day for 31-days. I make it easy, affordable and fun. Thus, The Beyoncé Vegan Challenge For The Planet will be a breeze. Plus, when you work with me, you get to work with a board-certified nutritionist. This way you can learn how to customize your diet to suit your situation.
The Beyoncé Plant-Based Challenge might be easy for some, but not so much for most people. Moreover, eating vegan isn’t necessarily healthy. You can be vegan and literally eat twinkie bars and donuts. This is why I spend months building out a challenge, where you’re going to experience incredible results.
Don’t delay in getting your name on the waiting list. We’ll launch shortly, and those on the waiting list will get first dibs. When we reach capacity, we close the the challenge. This is because each plant-based challenge is centered around a special private Facebook group, and I like to get to know everyone where possible.
I recommend joining The Beyoncé plant-based challenge today, and signing up for my Plant-Powered challenge, too. That way you can hit the ground running in March.
And given the fact that almost everyone loses unwanted pounds on my Plant-Powered challenge, you’ll be won’t have to work hard when “bikini body” season hits. You’ll be way ahead of the game:-)
And in the meantime, check out some of my whole food plant-based recipes to be getting on with.
