- 1/2 cup organic popping corn
- 1 tbsp coconut oil for popping + 1 tbsp melted coconut oil for the actual corn
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- Heat the coconut oil in a heavy saucepan.
- Add the corn, pop a lid on the pan and pop until popping slows down.
- While the corn is still warm in the pan, add the tbsp coconut oil, and mix well.
- Add the seasonings, and mix well.
- Eat right away.
