Today, I’m showing you a variety of items that you can recycle at home. This includes pantyhose, wine corks and even bras. If you are recycling bottles, remove bottle caps off the top or they will be denied. You may be surprised to find out that you can only recycle pizza boxes if there is no pizza grease stuck at the bottom. Then I introduce you to the fabulous Elaine Birks-Mitchell, a woman who founded “The Bra Recyclers,” which gives recycled bras to women who have escaped domestic violent relationships or human trafficking.
