Today I’m giving you some helpful tips to boost your immune system. This includes adding mushrooms, ginger, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and garlic to your diet.

My favorite immunity booster is my Immune Boosting Shot!
– The juice of two lemons (which is full of Vitamin C)
– The juice of a thumb of ginger root (which is great for respiratory healthy)
– Turmeric (which is anti-inflammatory and immune function)
– Raw honey
– and Oregano Oil (but check with a doctor before adding to your diet)
