This super food chocolate pudding has so many health benefit its incredible. A healthy chocolate pudding – really?? Well, yes, you can have your pudding and eat it too. This stunning dessert is tailor-made for your 30-day Gorgeous For Good Program, because I am quite insistent that we all need our sweet treats every now and again, and my program is all about feeding ourselves beautiful, satisfying meals that taste amazing and leave us feeling vibrant and full of energy.

This yummy pudding is made with silken tofu, which gives it a velvety texture.

What I love about this dessert is that it is packed with protein and antioxidants, and topped with a crunchy treat – so do give it a whirl.

Ingredients

  • 1 package organic silken tofu
  • 2 heaping tbsp cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp Yacon Syrup (this is a really healthy sweetener, this will not spike your blood sugar) or 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 6 dates, pitted
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into dessert bowls or Sundae dishes and chill for at least one hour. Top with goji berries and Made In Nature Maple Madagascar Vanilla Coconut chips.
  3. Enjoy you super food chocolate pudding!
