These mouthwashes taste delicious and a full of extremely effective ingredients.   1. I care for myself by eating a healthy, organic diet and keeping my body strong to be able to care for my family. Staying well for them is my highest priority.

  3. Caring for yourself starts with small steps and grows in order to maintain. You must care for yourself and your families on the inside and out.

  4. I love clean white teeth! so any new eco friendly products to care for my pearly whites are great! I also love to walk in the evenings to get moving. (I sit for most of the day at work…) The fresh air is great and its great for releiving stress. And to save money I do a workout video at home rather than going to the gym!

  5. I care for myself by working out as much as possible. I am also in college to get my nursing degree and though the reward isn’t immediate i know in the long run this will be taking care of me.

  6. I care for myself (and natural resources!) by eating fresh, whole, local foods. I also care for myself (and others!) by being actively involved in the communities in which I live, work and play.

    I care for myself by eating a healthy organic diet, exercising, washing my face morning and night as well as brushing my teeth twice a day, use all natural cleaning products and laundry detergent, non-toxic makeup and most of all I share these things with my family and friends so they can too live a green and healthy lifestyle.

  9. I care for myself by growing my own organic garden and educating others by sharing my yummy healthy recipes. It makes me feel whole.

  10. I am new to the “gorgrously green movement” but I have started by getting rid of all of my toxic cleaners and am trying to move to my personal care items.

  12. I think caring for yourself and making time for yourself as an individual is very important. It is also important for your family that you care for yourself; it makes me a better wife and mother. For me it is knitting, my yarn stash, and an occasional massage.
