- 8 ounces coconut water
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
- Handful raw walnuts
- 1 tablespoon slippery elm powder*
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds, presoaked
- 1 apple or pear
- Handful spinach leaves
- 2 dates, presoaked
*You can find slippery elm powder at most good health food stores and online.
Instructions
- Process all ingredients in your blender.
