No Rushing
Busy-ness is the order of the day. Everyone we know is time urgent most of the time. Here is something that can help.
No rushing.
This does not mean that sometimes it isn’t necessary to move quickly from point A to point B.
Rather it means that we do not add to this quick movement the anxiety and agitation of “being late” and feeling
upset and mentally berating ourselves or the world for the state of our life at that moment.
Move quickly if you need to. But be kind to yourself and others while you do it by letting go of the judgments
your “lateness” stimulates in you.
Practice “no rushing” like you would an asana, with attention to breath and body alignment and sensation.
I promise you it will help you and the others around you more than you know.
May we live like the lotus, at home in the muddy water.
