The most worrying concern for some is hair loss and/or alopecia. Fortunately I have a mask that might help a lot. Now, in this recipe I’ve skipped the onion juice.

I am using:

  • 2 tbsp jojoba oil – a simple plant oil that mimics the natural sebum in your skin – so it won’t make your scalp greasy or oily.
  • 25 drops of peppermint essential oil – studies have shown that compounds in peppermint essential oil may help your hair to actually promote hair growth and prevent further loss.

You need to apply to scalp (massaging in) once a day, 6 days a week, for 4 weeks to see results.
