- 1⁄2 cup Magnesium Chloride Flakes
- 1⁄2 cup distilled water
- Glass bowl
- Glass spray bottle
- Boil distilled water.
- Place magnesium flakes in a glass bowl, and pour over boiling distilled water. Stir until dissolved.
- Cool completely before adding to spray bottle.
