If you are feeling a bit off/icky, and know that your body could do with a bit of a cleanse, I highly recommend this delicious detox smoothie. I have included juicy, tangy fruits along with a generous serving of flax seeds, which is a very important ingredient for detoxing. I have added optional milk thistle, as this is important for cleansing your liver. I recommend drinking this smoothie every morning for a week before breakfast and see how you feel.
You will probably want/need breakfast too, so have something light after, such as a bowl of oatmeal, or a couple of slices of gluten-free toast with almond butter. I also encourage you to drink tea in place of coffee if you are in need of a bit of morning caffeine.
