Sometimes one bottle of chia drink is more expensive than a gallon of gasoline! That’s why I’ve created this antioxidant-packed, anti-inflammatory, inexpensive recipe!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 inches (or 4 oz) organic tart cherry juice
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 8 oz filtered water
- a few drops of stevia
