The key to absolute gorgeousness is not an anti-aging serum, a cream, a pill or a super food smoothie. All of these may help, but even without these things you can still be absolutely gorgeous at zero cost to you. All you need is the willingness to carve out a few minutes a day to get quiet and to learn to meditate.

Here are the 5 reasons why I believe that meditation is the key:

  1. Stress plays havoc with your skin. When stress hormones course through your body, your skin will be compromised. This may show up in breakouts, lackluster dull skin, premature wrinkles, loss of elasticity and the list goes on. Mediation will help to alleviate the stress that may cause many of these skin issues.
  2. Meditation softens your edges, and a woman who is less angry, irritable, and anxious is obviously more attractive. I always feel more beautiful when I emerge from a deep mediation because it’s as if the worry of the world has been lifted off my shoulders.
  3. Meditation makes you wiser, and in my opinion, a wise and intuitive woman is a gorgeous woman.
  4. Meditation makes me feel good about myself. No matter how bad the day, when I meditate, I am able to see that I am loved – a child of God.
  5. Meditation makes me feel grateful. An attitude of gratitude makes you shine from within.
