Ingredients:
- 1 large organic cauliflower, chopped (whole, not just florets)
- 2 tablespoons veggie broth
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Steam the cauliflower for 15 minutes or until tender when a fork is inserted. Transfer to a high-speed blender or food processor. Add the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
