Teff Almond Butter Cookies

Teff Almond Butter Cookies

Teff is such a nutty and deliciously healthy flour that it lends itself beautifully to uber-nutritious Teff almond butter cookies. Remember Teff is full of iron and it’s also very good source of dietary fiber, protein, amino acids, Vitamn C and Calcium. It’s naturally gluten-free. I get my Teff Flour from Bob’s Red Mill.

To make these Teff Almond Butter Cookies a little more kid-friendly, I added some chocolate chips.

  8. Maybe you can sub out Teff flour into your favorite cookie recipe. Let me know in the comments if you have any good recipes to share.
  9. Enjoy your Teff almond butter cookies!
