Totally obsessed with Parma – have been for years. I use it on pasta, pizza, salads, veggie soups – you name it, and I find an excuse to sprinkle it! I also have recently noticed my husband reaching for it OVER the regular chunk of Parmesan when I cook pasta – so go figure!
