Wanna know the best facial I’ve EVER experienced? Hands down, The Organic Pharmacy’s Collagen Boosting Hydra Diamond Non-surgical Face Lift – comes in at the top of my list. The Organic Pharmacy has an extensive line of organic products and signature stores worldwide – they now have almost 20 stores in the U.S. which is fantastic! The Organic Pharmacy is the brainchild of Margo Marrone, a pharmacist and homeopath who opened her first store in London’s King’s Road on 2002 (and I remember everyone going nuts about it!). Her philosophy was so incredibly successful that her stores began to mushroom, and now can be found in virtually every major destination city. However, the growth of the company hasn’t in anyway compromised the integrity of her exquisite products. I have to say that when I visit one of her stores/salons, I want to buy everything in sight – especially after having a facial where I’ve lain down for 90 minutes and actually experienced the products on my skin.
So what makes the facials so outstanding? I thinks it’s because, unlike many formulaic facials where you kind of feel you’re in a factory where each face has the same goop in the same order slapped on, The Organic Pharmacy facials are completely tailored to exactly what you want. Whichever treatment you pick, the expertly-trained facialist will spend an enormous amount of time assessing your skin, before getting to the job in hand. What blew me away is that this is truly a holistic facial, where your whole mind, body and spirit is nourished and nurtured. You undress as completely as you would for a full body massage because you will indeed be massaged from head-to-toe.
After a thorough clean and extraction, the masks starting coming – each one smelling more wondrous than the next, as as each one was left on to imbue my skin with with all kinds of collagen-boosting ingredients, other parts of my body were pummeled, massaged, and accupressured. I’ve never liked facials where a mask is applied, the lights are turned down, and I’m left on my own for 15 mintutes – and this is NOT what happens at The Organic Pharmacy – your facialist is with you every second, making sure that when you arise from your terry-padded bed, you’ll feel and look like a totally different person.
There isn’t one single product that I wouldn’t highly recommend you buying at The Organic 
Pharmacy – you literally can’t go wrong. This isn’t, however, a store for the faint-of-heart because the products and treatments are undeniably expensive. However, in order not to mass-produce with cheap ingredients, The Organic Pharmacy has stayed true to their original mission, which is to create outstanding organic beauty products with NO corners cut. So if, the price tag is too high for you, consider a few of their products as a treat, and if you have a very special occasion on the horizon – I urge you to save up for a facial.
