The Koh Gen Do Cleansing Spa Water is the ultimate cleanser because it’s a perfect 2-in-1 cleanser/toner. I don’t normally love 2-in-1 products because they can leave my skin feeling a bit sticky, but this unique cleanser is pretty fantastic. It’s made from thermal water from the Yumura Hot Springs in Japan, so it’s very rich in minerals. It contains White Birch Sap, which for some bizarre reason, manages to lift off makeup, oils and residue with no washing or rinsing – so cool!
It also contains a host of lovely herbs, such as Rosemary Leaf, Sage Leaf, and Lavender. All you need do is saturate a cotton pad and wipe gently across your face. It was a little too strong for me to use on my eyes (I always use a special eye makeup remover anyway), but great for your face, neck and decollete.
You know those days when you get back after work, and have to re-do your makeup before going out at night, but you don’t want to get involved with messy cleansers? Well ladies, this little guy is about as perfect as it gets for that particular job. After a quick swipe, all you need is a lick of moisturizer, and/or primer, and you’re all set to apply another layer.
It’s also available in easy wipes, so perfect for travel. An outstanding product!
