It’s the Living Christmas time of year again! I love this company because they turned me on to “adopting” a living tree for the Holidays, rather than getting one of the 31 million trees that are hacked down at this time of year. I was thrilled to see that Scott, the owner of Living Christmas, was recently on Shark’s Tank, where Mark Cuban gave him the investment he wanted – wahoo!!! (see the episode on their Face Book Page.) Living Christmas will now be able to expand.
I had a gorgeous Blue Cypress tree delivered this morning. It’s become a family tradition to see our tree arrive in its big planter. The joy is that the service makes it so convenient. We don’t need to tie one to the top of our car, bring it home, wrestle it into the house – and then getting rid of it after the Holidays is downright depressing, not to mention inconvenient. Not so with Living Christmas – they bring it in, set it down where you want, and collect it after the Holidays. All you have to do is water it to keep is living. Genius.
There are now a few other companies Nationally that offer a similar service. So, look for one in your area.
