Watermelon lends irresistible sweetness to the mixture, while the cucumber and the savory addition of basil mellow it out. You’ll want to make this juice when watermelon is ripe—so it’s worth waiting until summer. Makes 2 Servings (16 to 20 Ounces)

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 3 cups watermelon
  • 1/4 cup basil, leaves and stems, tightly packed
  1. Wash and prep all ingredients.
  2. Juice all ingredients.
