Pushups prevent muscle loss and help our bodies maintain the muscle groups that keep our necks, shoulders, back, and arms strong (let alone our cores!). But, more often than not, we have a HORRIBLE form when we do pushups. Even as a yoga instructor (I’ve been teaching for over 20 years), I still wouldn’t do a full pushup without someone spotting me.
