Ingredients
2 oz hot, not boiling, water
1 tsp Ground Turmeric
1/2 tsp Ashwagandha
1 tsp pro-biotic
1 tsp raw honey
4 oz steamed almond milk (or your favorite dairy or non-dairy drink)
