Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of mixed leaves (Romaine, Red Oak, Frissee etc)
  • 1 cup fresh herbs, chopped (mint, basil, chives, parsley etc)
  • 2 cups blanced (steamed for 1 minute) broccoli florets
  • 2 Persian cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 sliced apple or Kiwi
  • ½ ripe avocado sliced

Dressing

  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2tbsp lemon juice
  • 2tsp Braggs Amino Acids
  1. Serves 2
