- 4 cups of mixed leaves (Romaine, Red Oak, Frissee etc)
- 1 cup fresh herbs, chopped (mint, basil, chives, parsley etc)
- 2 cups blanced (steamed for 1 minute) broccoli florets
- 2 Persian cucumbers, sliced
- 1 sliced apple or Kiwi
- ½ ripe avocado sliced
Dressing
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 1/2tbsp lemon juice
- 2tsp Braggs Amino Acids
