Give me coconut every which way please! What did we do before all these wonderful coconut products hit the shelves? Remember when you had to search the Asian section of your grocery store to find a can of coconut milk? That, or hack into one of the actual nuts with a screwdriver. But now, we can’t move for coconuts!
INGREDIENTS:
- 8 ounces SoDelicious unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 package frozen coconut meat (or coconut butter in a pinch)
- 1 tsp probiotic powder
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 3 pitted dates
- 1 cup crushed ice
