Regular hand sanitizers contain tolulene, which is horrible for your health and the environment. This is why I like to make my own containing potent antibacterial essential oils! You’re going to love this DIY Anti-Bacterial Hand Spray. This is great for kids when all those germs are floating around at school. I always take a bottle with me whenever I am traveling, and I never get sick.
- 2 ounce sprayer bottle (preferably opaque). I found mine at Mountain Rose Herbs.
- 1/4 cup distilled water
- 1 tbsp of either rubbing alcohol (drug store) or Vodka!
- 1tbsp aloe vera gel
- 1tsp vitamin E oil
- 15 drops of cinnamon leaf essential oil
- 15 drops of eucalyptus essential oil
- 15 drops tea tree essential oil
- Mix ingredients in a glass jug, and using a funnel, pour into your bottle.
- Shake well before use, and when not traveling, store in the fridge.
