The juice is cleansing, refreshing and energizing, designed to prevent overeating. Then, I make my signature Coconut Quinoa Porridge which has a huge shot of protein without the cholesterol.
Cleanse “Flow” Juice
Ingredients
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 pear
- 1 cup parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh mint
- 2 celery stalks
- 1/2 small fennel bulb
