The juice is cleansing, refreshing and energizing, designed to prevent overeating. Then, I make my signature Coconut Quinoa Porridge which has a huge shot of protein without the cholesterol.

Cleanse “Flow” Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 pear
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1/2 small fennel bulb

Directions

  1. Press through the juicer
  2. Enjoy your holiday liver cleanse and detox!
