We’re now on week three of our One-a-Week Challenge, and this week it might be tough for some of you because it’s time to go dairy-free. WHY go dairy-free? Put simply, if you ditch the cow’s milk, butter, cheese etc, you will look better and feel better – I guarantee. What about yogurt and dairy products that contain all those pro-biotics? As a Holistic Nutritionist, I’m not against a little yogurt, Kefir or even goat cheese/milk (which is way easier to digest than cow’s milk), but for just THIS week the challenge is to give up dairy completely. This will give you an opportunity to discover the many great dairy-free alternatives there are out there, and to get creative in the kitchen.
