You can use this handy and very inexpensive spray all around your kitchen (wooden boards, granite counter, fridge/freezer etc). It’s also anti-bacterial.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp borax
- 1/2 tsp washing soda crystals
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp liquid castille soap
- 2 cups of very hot water
- 20 drops tea tree oil
- 24-ounce sprayer
- (If you hate the smell of tea tree, try adding lavender or lemongrass)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the borax, washing soda, vinegar and castille soap in a large measuring jug. Slowly add the hot water.
- Allow to cool before adding essential oils.
- Pour into sprayer and it’s ready for use.
Tip: Write the recipe in marker on the side of the sprayer, so you’ll have easy reference when you need to re-fill.
