Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
Directions:
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients except the chia seeds. Transfer to serving jug or glass jar and mix in the chia seeds.
