I like to switch up frozen blueberries for organic frozen cherries at least once a week. Not only are they delicious but they contain so many great health benefits. Try this smoothie and it will become a firm favorite.
INGREDIENTS
- 6 ounces of water
- 1/2 cup So Delicious unsweetened coconut vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
Place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and whirl it up! If you want to turn it into a breakfast, add 2tbsp organic rolled oats.
