I have to be brutally honest here – I rarely feel like meditating. The desire to sit down and still my mind doesn’t appeal, especially when I have a to-do list as long as my arm. It can very quickly seem like the least important thing to do … a luxury that time doesn’t afford. Besides, meditation is difficult. However, I’ve been meditating for over 25 years, so I have kind of got the routine down. So here’s my little piece on how to meditate when you don’t feel like it!
