Welcome to vegan dinner week! Why not go meat and dairy free for one week by following these simple recipes. You should also save money because the moment you take good quality meat off your shopping list, your final bill will dramatically drop. And if you are buying non-organic cheap meat, STOP NOW! This kind of meat is produced in horrifying factory farms and is not kind to your health, the animals, or the planet.
You may have a bunch of good recipes up your sleeve, and perhaps you are already vegan, in which case you are probably set.
