This week is all about strengthening your immune system because we are now officially in cold and flu season, so it makes sense to take extra care.
How to we know if your immune system is weak or strong? Most of us know on a gut level because we don’t feel great and/or get sick often. However, here are some signs that you might want to pay attention to:
- Fatigue
- Listlessness
- Repeated Infections (such as yeast infections)
- Inflammation
- Allergic Reactions
- Slow wound healing
- Chronic diarrhea
