The health benefits of Virgin Coconut Oil are numerous. I just love cooking with it whenever possible. I use it in many of the G.G. Diet recipes, including the curries and the cruncy granola. Every weekend I fry a stack of my Coconut Banana Pancakes with this beautiful oil – they are a treat that my family and friends literally wait for, forks at the ready. Nutiva makes a fantastic Virgin (must be Virgin,) oil. You should also be able to find a store-brand version at Wholefoods.
I love the store-brand version from Whole Fooods!!! I even love taking a spoonful along with an organic dark chocolate covered almond. Yum Yum! It’s wonderful on my skin as well!
