I’ve always been a massive Ann Gentry fan. She is the owner of The Real Food Daily restaurants in Los Angeles, which I’m addicted too. I’ve made every single recipe from her first book, and was thrilled to get my hands on Vegan Family Meals, which is a treasure chest of delicious and really satisfying meals. How she manages to make vegan food appealing to kids, I have no idea. For my daughter’s birthday, she wanted to go to Real Food Daily and have the Black Bean Nachos, which are covered in the most delicious vegan runny cheese I have ever tasted. This beautiful hard copy book is lovingly illustrated with photos of Ann and her family. It’s a book you’ll be using for years.
When it comes to making food for the whole family that I will enjoy as well as my husband and children I really struggle. my children LOOOOVVVEEEE macaroni and cheese but they dont really like the homemade stuff I make because it isnt creamy enough. I would love some ideas to help me bring my family closer to vegan. PLEASE HELP!!!!
