  1. I intend to harm none and spread joy to those around me.

I love the tees- especially those with the lotus design. Other great designs to spread the message would be various mudras. The wheel of law would definitely be a powerful symbol to wear!

  2. My intention for this holiday season is to use as much as possible with little waste. I am reusing bags that come with purchases, sprucing them up with new designs. I intend on buying a lot of things that are part of the free trade act and are sustainable.

  3. Very Cool…I wear a T-Shirt nearly everyday and I try to make it organic cotton…right now it is definitely the “layered” look or long-sleeved here in Wisconsin…lots of SNOW! I bought the “earth” t-shirt yesterday that was featured by Alternative…can’t wait to wear it!

  4. My intention is to spread the joy in times when it is sometimes hard to be jolly. You must enjoy the little things in life and also in eachother. Family is the most important and around this time of year, love and compassion for eachother is what builds your relationships stronger. Also, my family is working at a soup kitchen this year on christmas. I can’t wait to gain the moral payoff that comes along with service to others. We intend to make a difference.

  5. My intention this wonderful time of year is to spread the word of our Lord and Savior’s birth. Jesus shows us how to love each other and I want to be like Jesus!

  6. My intention this holiday season is to keep healthy not only for myself, but also for my baby boy as I am breastfeeding. It’s hard to be surronded by sweets after sweets, but I have my husband to encourage me because I have the biggest sweet tooth or should I say I have sweet teeth:)

  7. My intention for this and every holiday season is to spread green joy. This year we are making holiday reusable gift bags filled with green goodies like homemade peppermint lip balm, lavender linen spray, vegetarian chilly in a jar.

  8. This holiday season I am finally going to see my family. This year my grandma turned 95 so it may be her last christmas and I want to spend as much time with her as I can! And relax and visit everyone.

  9. To find an internship for graduate school and celebrate all the opportunities I’ve been given and the love of my family and friends. πŸ™‚

  10. My intention is to give of myself and to truly appreciate all that I have especially in this time when there are so many others in far more greater need.

    Happy Holidays!

  11. My intention this season…. to be water. Yes, you read that right. I will go with the flow. I will not let family dramas get me down. I will enjoy all the family time and let the inconsequentials roll right off my back. I will feel refreshed and rejuvenated πŸ™‚

  12. My intention for the holiday season is to spread joy; spend time with friends and family, give back to my community, and to create change.

I’m creating change at home by layering up instead of using heat. And showing my family that spending time together is more valuable then spending money on each other.

I’m creating change for families in need by putting together hampers of food and other items, as well as donating my time collecting money for the salvation army.

I’m creating change in my friends lives by making them all “green gifts”; soaps, bath-bombs, lip-balms, milk bath, and bath melts. And writing inspirational letters along with that as to why using chemical-free products is so important! – And wrapping all their gifts in fabric from clothing I no-longer wear πŸ™‚

Christmas has always been my favourite time of the year, and I have to admit this is my first time celebrating it the gorgeously green way. And I love it!

  13. My intention is to have a QUALITY holiday. Qulaity time with family and friends. Qulaity food that is full of flavor and deliciousness. Quality gifting that shows appreiation and love. Quaity experiences that promotes learning and awareness of our environment and our role in it. A quality holiday with more benefits than just gifts and cookies (even though those do make the holiday sweet πŸ™‚ ) I look forward to it all!

  14. Every year my sister and I do our best to celebrate the holidays without damaging ourselves or our environment. This year we are making presents or buying from green companies.

  15. My intention for the holiday season is to truly enjoy all the simple pleasures, especially being surrounded by my family and friends.

  16. My Christmas intentions are to:
    use all my own bags;
using newspaper to wrap gifts with pretty recycled ribbons; and cast the shadow of peace so my teenagers will learn to enjoy the season!

  17. My intention this holiday season is to teach my grandkids about the gorgeously green way of life and try to get it through my kids’ thick skulls, too.

  18. My intention is to spend every moment with my family that i can! I live a long way away from my family and this year it isn’t about spending money and giving gifts it is about getting together and enjoying each others company. Can’t wait!!

  19. My intention is to enjoy the holiday season. Be with my family and friends and just enjoy their company. Bake cookies with my son even though it might be messy. Give gifts that aren’t wrapped in paper (I have a friend that makes bags and everyone is getting their gift in a bag that is also a gift.) And remember to just breathe!

  20. My intentions thid year are not to be so wasteful. I usually go overboard, but this year I’m sticking to finding a special thoughtful gift for my family and stopping at that. We all don’t need the tons of extra bits and pieces that you don’t use come January.

  21. My intention this season is to enjoy a peaceful, happy time with my friends and family. I intend to give only meaningful, handmade gifts. I also intend to gain at least five pounds over Christmas!!

  22. My intention this season is to get presents that are either fairtrade or eco-friendly, and to be a good host to my boyfriends visiting family. Oh, also to buy a living tree that will look good on the patio in the summer! πŸ™‚

  23. As a nurse, my intentions this season are to make the holidays as enjoyable as my patients as possible. I do not mind working the holidays and being the “family member” for my patients.

  24. my intention is to stay in a creative head space for both my art & the way i live life as the season rolls through. taking the time to cook healthy meals, reuse everyday items, wrap gifts with eco flair and keep a feeling of gratitude within. happy holidays, everyone!

  25. Money is a little tight this year, so I am giving of myself. For example one friend is a busy mom, so I am an on call babysitter so that she can get her shopping done and a little bit of peace on earth!

  26. My intention is to make sure that all my family and friends know how much I love and appreciate them. I wouldn’t be where I am without them.

  27. My intention for the holiday season is to spend time with my family & friends. I also want to not “rush” through the season by buying gifts for my family that they end up throwing away or storing away. We want to give thoughtful gifts that come from the heart!

  28. My intention is to cure my cervical cancer by fasting as much as can an boosting my immune system I also plan to become a certified yoga teacher in March πŸ˜€
