  1. I so treasure kindness. I’m a student finishing up my PhD in education. I’ve never been a make-up wearer, but I’m hoping to develop a more professional, but still natural, look as I job hunt for a professorship. While shopping recently, I met the most wonderful make-up artist, Tracy, who worked with Tarte. She knew I was both nervous and embarrassed and she was so kind to me, genuinely kind. When she was finished, I looked like me only much more lovely. Strangers walked up to me to compliment me on my make-up. I never felt more beautiful. Tracy used the Tarte Treasure Chest as she applied my make-up. Unfortunately, on a student’s budget, I couldn’t purchase the chest. She knew that upfront, but still spent her time with me and shared her expertise. It wasn’t about a sale. I know it sounds silly, but it was truly a life-changing moment for me. Thank you, Tracy. I’m so grateful.

  2. I treasure my 2 week old daughter and the little hours of sleep manage to get. I also treasure my iPhone that allows me to check email, Facebook and Twitter account while I feed her.

  3. I treasure learning! I am so thankful that human beings are capable of learning new information, learning from past mistakes, and learning from other people.

  4. I treasure the little things in life. The sound of rain hitting the roof. The smell of leaves burning in a fire. My dog waking me up in the morning. Every little “I Love You.” Hearing a sincere “Thank You.” Pressing snooze just one more time. The first bloom of flowers in the spring. A morning walk in the woods. Laughing so hard you can’t stand up. A really good bear hug. The first snow of the year. The sound of thunder. “Warm Fuzzies.” The feeling you get when you’ve done something good for someone else. How excited little kids get over the smallest things. But most of all, I treasure love.

  5. Time is the thing I tresure the most – the simple possibility to meet with family and friends, to give somebody love, to help someone or something etc. You can tresure love, kids, firends – but without the time you have for them, it’s nothing. That’s why every day I try to gather some time for my lovely and dear ones – as well as for myself, too! 😉

  6. The one thing that I treasure the most in my life at the moment is my son. He is such a jewel and the rock and light of my life. Being a mother is the best treasure island that I have ever been on.

  7. I treasure my salvation – the most wonderful gift from God. And I treasure my son’s safe return from Afghanistan. And I treasure my beautiful new granddaughter (and her mommy and daddy too)! So much to be thankful for!

  8. I TREASURE MY FAMILY. IT MAY HAVE TOOK ALITTLE TIME, BUT THAT IS HALF THE JOURNEY. THERE IS NO BOOK ON HOW TO RAISE CHILDREN , AND I CAN NOW LOOK BACK AND KNOW THAT I DID AN OKAY JOB! MY BOYS 24 AND 20, ARE LOVEABLE, RESPECTFUL, CONSCIENCE ABOUT MOTHER EARTH, AND HAVE FIGURED OUT HOW TO PUT OTHERS BEFORE THEMSELVES. I AM PROUD AND LUCKY!!

  9. I treasure my sons, both of whom have autism and have opened my eyes to so many things that I never saw before they came into my life and changed it completely. They are pure of heart and mind, something the world needs more of.

  10. I treasure my life. Being in existence on this beautiful planet we call Earth is so precious to me. I try to never take the luxuries I have for granted; I just try to enjoy them and be appreciative to have them. I am so grateful for my family and friends that support me in the road to living my dreams. I am thankful for my job as a holistic nutritionist and being able to help people reach their personal goals the natural way. Since life is so beautiful, why not treasure it?

  11. Although age 50 is near, I treasure that I remember being 5 years old and that I am still friends with the friends that I had at that age. I treasure that my skinny jeans still fit and still look great. I treasure that I can stroll with those much younger and they have a hard time keeping up with my pace. I treasure that my children want to battle over who is going to hug mommy first in the morning. I treasure that my husband still thinks I’m the love of his life. I treasure that I have a kitty with ESP – he knows just when to curl up on my lap to cheer me when I’m blue and warm me when I’m cold. I treasure that I live in a country where I have freedom of speech and equal rights. I treasure that I get to be as giddy as a school girl all day and night wondering if I actually won the Tarte gem of a prize. Thank you for the opportunity.

  17. I treasure having a warm home and a loving family, especially knowing not everyone has the same privilege in their lives.

  18. Guard well within yourself that treasure, kindness. Know how to give without hesitation, how to lose without regret, how to acquire without meanness. Quote by George Sand

  19. I treasure my relationship with my grandmother and sister, they are always there for me and I have NO CLUE what I would do without those women. I also treasure my dog, Shorty, he never fails to make me smile! 🙂

I may not have the most exciting or flashy life, but I love the life I’ve been given, and hold all my blessings close to my heart.

  21. I treasure the simplest of things or at least I try to remember that each day. Outside of the gift of site, ability to walk, hear, etc. I am thankful and treasure each day I have with my mother. She’s a senior and w/health issues I treat everyday like bonus time I get to see her.

  25. I treasure the fact that I live in a free country where I am able to speak freely and practice my religion without fear for my life. In so many other countries you are not even allowed to have a Bible or you will be thrown in prison. I treasure that we have the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

  26. I am so blessed by God & grateful for my life that I get to share with my beautiful young sons, husband, family & friends. I was hit by a car while road biking 2 years ago and was very seriously injured…wear your helmet!!!! It saved my life! I am so thankful for every moment that I have with my children : )
I think the “give-a-way” is great…I would need instructions but would have lots of fun with all of that color! : )

  27. I treasure relationships! Family, friends and loves are so important. I also treasure one of the top things that make me happy to be a woman…makeup of course! I can’t get enough of always learning more and more about makeup products/tips and tricks. This past year I have completely changed my life by living as green as can be. It is now a passion that I hope to pass on to friends and family. I am so excited that there are companies devoted to making sure makeup is healthy for our skin and mother earth. Great to know that companies are out there making such a positive impact!

  31. The things I tresure most this year are my family -3 sons, husband and our health. This has been a bad year for our extended family and close friends with one death from cancer and two diagnosis. We are really evaluating everything we consume, put on our bodies and clean the house with more so because of this. Finally my husband is on the bandwagon of green with me and is now coming to me with new information instead of always the other way around. Next step -some fabulous safe makeup. Just because you have kids it’s no excuse not to glam yourself when you can! This tresure chest looks amazing.

  32. I treasure the Earth most, because without it, I wouldn’t have my friends & family. Without the Earth,we wouldn’t have gorgeous mountains & wonderful meadows. We wouldn’t have all that we have that is precious now… which why it is so important to preserve what we have.

Stephanie, my real life guardian angel, is the sweetest most friendly person I have ever met and has been like that since the first moment I met her. Taylor, my sweet, is always there for me when I need to ramble on about the environment, my life, my spiritual growth and struggles. Jesse, beautiful goddess that she is with her entire being radiates so much light that I know she will be just as beautiful at 99 years old. Seth sweetheart, we help each other alot with keeping things in perspective and letting go of unnecessary attachments and expectations. Krystal for her dedication, strength and uniqueness I have so much respect and adoration. I could go on and on…
