Okay readers – I very rarely get excited about a granola bar – actually I typically decline one if it is offered me – they just don’t rock my boat BUT my friend and guest yoga expert Natasha Rizopoulos sent me a Scott’s Loaded Granola Bar – we’d been chatting about how we keep ourselves well and full of energy while traveling (we’re both on planes a lot,) and she said I had to try this bar. I thought – okay, here we go – I’ll wash it down with a cup of chai tea, but it was so tasty and delicious that I just devoured the whole thing while waiting for the kettle to boil.
Having had a look at Scott’s site to check out his credentials and ingredients etc, I’m now even more impressed. So all I can say is – if you’re in need of serious energy and want a snack that’s filled with healthy protein and a plethora of other incredible ingredients – order yourself a box now. BTW I tried the Trail Runner, which is packed with superfoods that normally taste gross like chia seeds and goji berries – masterful chef Scott has somehow made these healthful foods not only palatable, but delish.
