I am so excited to write a review of my lady crushes book. Essential Oils Every Day by Hope Gillerman has become a must-read in my life. I’ve been giving it away as gifts ever since I got my copy. I mean, the tag line says it all: Rituals and Remedies for Healing, Happiness, and Beauty. Who doesn’t need a bit of that!
So, here’s some background in case you’re not as obsessed with Hope Gillerman as I am (you should be). Hope is the founder of an incredible line of essential oil blends, H. Gillerman Organics. Her oils are p.o.w.e.r.f.u.l., so it’s no wonder this book is so indispensable. And as a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, Hope is also the founder of the Hope Gillerman Method, a fusion of aromatic healing + bodywork + mindfulness to release pain and tension while enhancing mobility and posture.
So, why do I love this book so much? Because essential oils and aromatherapy are so powerful (and let’s face it, delicious and luxurious), but harnessing their capabilities is an art form. This book helped me discover how to best incorporate the healing power of essential oils and aromatherapy into your daily life.
The biggest question I get about essential oils is universally, “Where do I start?” and now I have a new answer: Essential Oils Every Day by Hope Gillerman. Beyond being a GORGEOUS book (I love having out of my coffee table), it covers some amazing topics:

Plus, this book is EXTREMELY well organized, which makes it an invaluable resource. And while it is totally information packed, it’s so readable that you’ll find yourself tearing through it cover to cover, and then referencing back to your favorite parts again and again.
