OMG – as you may already know – I am obsessed with good quality Matcha tea, but now that I’ve found Aftelia Matcha Chai Green Tea, I’m in love. Matcha Tea is where the whole green tea leaf is ground into a fine powder. It contains a mega dose of antioxidants called Polyphenols, as well as a bunch of fiber. It’s also delicate and delicious. Unlike coffee, it gives you a nice, gentle lift instead of a jittery buzz. What I love about this particular blend is that it’s not only extremely high quality (and quality is everything when it comes to Matcha,) but the vanilla, cinnamon and pimento “Chef’s Essences” that have been added, elevates this drink to the next level. I think this would make a wonderful Holiday hostess gift and/or a treat for you!
