Those of you who know me, get it that I’m tea obsessed. Since pretty much giving up coffee, I’ve become an avid green and oolong tea drinker. I’m extremely fussy about my tea – definitely prefer loose tea and have to brew it at the prescribed temperature and not a minute over the recommended brewing time. Coming from England, I also enjoy a cup of really strong black tea with almond milk with my morning oatmeal! I recently discovered the fantastic Art of Tea and am now working my way through some of their amazingly delicious offerings. I admire this company’s dedication to sustainability.
My absolute favorite green tea is their Eisai’s Choice Sencha, perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up with a bright, grassy taste. Just one cup-full and I have enough energy to make it through the rest of my day (without staying up all night). You may want to try the stunning Caramelized Pear Tea in a beautiful tin – buying this tea will also help the wonderful efforts of The Tree People – and believe me, this tea is exquisite.
You may also want to treat yourself to a sampler pack, which I highly recommend if you’re new to green/oolong tea drinking. Either way, you can’t go wrong with Art of Tea. Click here to read more reviews form SophieUliano.com.
